Love the location. This is in the older part of Lisbon and the first 22 steps to reception with luggage was a killer!
The hotel has lots of charm but is intended for folks who are in good physical shape!! Staff is very helpful and attentive and resolves issues quickly.
Breakfast is served on the rooftop-- 60 plus steps but there is a single person elevator on the reception floor. Breakfast offered a variety of food- hot and cold with juices and coffee.

The room precisely matched the photo, boasting all essential amenities, with the bonus of an inner yard :) The location is ideal, surrounded by numerous cafes and tavernas, while bus and tram stops are conveniently within walking distance. Additionally, the neighboring area offers a delightful view of the city and the river. It's worth noting that due to the apartment's location in the old area, there are several stairs to navigate, so be prepared for stairs throughout your stay.
Once again Innkeeper was a wonderful host, always replying on time and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and matched all the expectations, it'a an excelent spot for your Lisbon getaway
The bed was comfy with great bedding, decor, etc. The bathroom and shower was very nice and clean, (hair dryer and make-up mirror supplied, etc.). Lovely little balcony. Convenient location. Staff super nice and helpful. Tavern below for breakfast, bar, coffee, dinner, etc.
The apartment inside is very beautiful and aesthetic, the style is a mix between old Portugues + new rustic style, very beautiful and pleasant to see. The sofa bed is big and comfortable for 1 or 2 people, the bed is also comfortable. Dinning table is big and sturdy, the head shower is awesome! lots of water, modern and good pressure. The balcony is also one the highlights of this place. To open the building's gate and apartment door you just need an app which is very easy and convenient.
Location - close to all attractions, comfortable bed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten in front of guest house. Very nice and helpful receptionist who speaks English.
Amazing location and friendly innkeeper. I arrived late and it was no problem to check-in. Bathroom was okay-isch for a hostel. You can lock your stuff in the room if you bring a lock.

You booking CHEAP place, super close to majority of places you can possibly visit in a one day. Cheap room, funny shower, skinny balcony with perfect curve on legendary Tram28 route. EXPECT NOISE THEN!!! Again, if you want super soundproof room for comfy sleep, BOOK 5⭐️ RITZ, not Ritz guest house. After all day walking Lisbon hills and few glasses of wine I couldn’t be bothered by tram sound and people on the street, cos all I wanted is to take a shower and go to sleep.
