What an amazing find, breakfast and dinner were fabulous. We loved it and Elvas is such an amazing little town with loads of history,w e will be back to explore further, 1 night not enough.
Great position, private parking, very friendly staff that seemed happy to be there. Very good facilities for the price and decent food. We had dinner and breakfast.
MSG is a lovely and large guest house located at the foothills of Elvas. A great location to explore from (albeit a short uphill walk to the town) it had the advantage of free parking which was great. A lovely pool and outside seating area and trampoline for kids. The house is traditional but comfortable and all facilties are available to one. Highly recommended.
A small gem just outside Elvas! Beautiful house and rooms. We were very well received and had one of the best dinners on our trip! Real homemade local food at its best. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.The hostess/owner was so friendly and you immediately felt at home.
I did like the customer service provided by the owner of the guest house . They gave us complete details and information about where to leave the car , to eat and drink.
They are very caring and trustworthy people. I highly recommend you stay there for one night if you like calmness , peace and be in the city centre .
We loved the atmosphere so much, it is a 17th century building turned into a hotel. We had an unexpectedly amazing dinner, kids' menu being a bonus, so we ate there again. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice.
Breakfast was great as was the location of the hotel. Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant and the food and service was excellent!
Beautiful historic hotel in a very nice location. The staff in the bar and restaurant were wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of pastries and made to order hot selections. Dinner in the main dining room was excellent. Very enjoyable. If it weren’t for the comments below we would definitely come back.
