The hotel was very close to the Energetab fair by car and there was a convenient parking outside. Cosy and clean, my room was huge and had all the comforts - tea, coffee and water included. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and the restaurant is very nice as well. Will come back next year for sure.

Beautiful room, kids playground, restaurant, kids friendly, amazing nature around, exceptional breakfast. In the evening we ordered dinner and it was very very very good! We loved the food. Also we were really happy about the whole vibe of the hotel - cozy, rustically charming and welcoming.

Everything! All was sparkling clean, home owner was very helping, always in contact, all details were sent prior stay. Location is amazing! You can see a mountain from dinning table! Ski lifts were very close. House had everything you need and even more. Extra beds for kids were very helpful. Hot tub and sauna was easy to deal with and was cherry on top. Good luck with good tourists and let the snow stay as long as spring will come!
The breakfast was quite good, the dinners in the restaurant were tasty and elegant, the ski room is well equiped and secure, the beds were comfortable.
The location is quite good having few really good restaurants nearby and big supermarket. But you need to drive 5-10 min by car/bus to gondolas.
Drinking water was refilled every day.
The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast choices. The finnish was great.

We were travelling from Croatia to Poland and planned to stay for some time near Bielsko-Biała.
This hotel is one of the best options for a fair price. The administrator was very polite, the dinner was tasty and the room clean and comfortable. What else would you need?
So that's the best option if you don't want to waste money for nothing (in some hotels nearby, the same services costs x2!)
Family pension with all what we need. Bathroom in bedroom, kitchen in central area of house with all things for cooking. Mrs. and Mr. very concernet about our comfort - heat wather, heat in room, dry ski schoes. Near about 300m is Biedronka, apotheke, in front of pension is bus stop for skibus in winter. Im thinking that in Summer must be nice too - swiming pool, nice garden, grill corner. Thank you for all to all from Aleksander.
