The staff was very helpful. We made a mistake on the type of room booked and wanted to upgrade to accommodate our numbers. Vera Inn was very accommodating and let us upgrade for a minimal fee. It is also located near good restaurants. Perfect for family bookings.
Modern, very spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. security and room staff very friendly. Breakfast was good with some variety. Clean environment. Dinner options pretty good. Manager was very accomodating and very interested in feedback.

The location is great. Shops, restaurants and cafes surround the 5 tower blocks. 10+ minute walk to Sky ranch.
The apartment itself has all the amenities you could need including smart TV, WiFi, rice cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and a large table to eat dinner on.
Not a high rise condo units, 5-storey is good. Good location even in the inner sector from the main road. Free parking at the private parking walking distance from the property but No street lights at night. Elevator or lift is working.
A mountain-rustic place to breathe with the pine forest. We like most the accurate listing, super responsive host and little conveniences like presence of kitchen towels and enough dinnerware. Our unit is plain black&white themed but fully equipped and well maintained. Akin to 3-stars. Very hospitable staff around. We’re even able to request a birthday setup. 😘 The place is an adventure road trip destination a top lush pine mountain.
