Please, if you are coming to port barton, make sure you book this cosy little hotel, we are a couple from the UK, we are both quite fussy with places that we stay at, there is not a lot of choice at this location, but we jumped in at the deep end and booked bing vice a few months before our trip, I have to say it was the best decision we made, upon arrival we were warmly greeted by two lovely ladies at reception, it seems as if it is a family run place, we were made to sit down for 10-20 minutes whilst our room was finalised, when we were taken to our room, we were surprised on how cosy and clean it was, it had a great aircon unit, ans also a large oscillating fan on the wall, very cool room, the bathroom and shower have their own separate place within the room, the bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect, the bedding smells wonderful and very very clean, so many little touches like the floor mats and mosquito screens on the doors and windows, we had our laundry done whilst we was here, it cost 100 pesos for 1 kg , my expensive t-shirts came back super clean and smelling lovely, the breakfast must be ordered the night before, there ain't a vast choice, but the omelette was the best we had from anywhere in the phillipines. And reasonably priced, I honestly cannot fault one little thing, we were sad to leave the place, I would not hesitate to book here again, and when we do come back to part barton, I won't have to sift through all of the hostels and badly represented hotels. Hidden gem - lovely staff but John himself, wow, he is great! Nothing is a problem and if there is a problem John can deal with it in no time. Food is lovely and the location is magical.

But the best thing here is Ace and his family, the welcome is so warm i feel like home, I extended 3 more nights and I will be back there

Kenneth was a fantastic guy and made everything perfect
Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged for a tuk tuk to take us to and from the local waterfall and to the bus terminal upon checkout. We were also able to borrow towels from the hotel for the pool and to take to the beach.
Breakfast was an item of your choice from the menu and the restaurant was also great for dinners. The room was clean and spacious and had a smart TV.
The staff was very kind and friendly: they brought us cups and hot water for coffee and tea on the patio every morning, and even let us check out late on the day we left. The inn itself is very cute and green, and the room is spacious. It's a great atmosphere!
We loooved this place. It was a highlight of our trip. After staying in hostels for a while, this beach hut with a balcony facing the most gorgeous private beach and ocean was amazing. The staff were friendly too and offered us an island hopping tour which was in just a small group and also a real highlight. The hut was rustic but really nice, we all had a double bed each with mosquito net, and the outdoor shower was really cool.

This guest house is away from the noise but centric to everywhere.
Taytay beach is a couple of minutes away
And you can take a short ride with tuktuk to the magnificent white beach and coconut beach.
The host is super sweet and helpful and most of all very very clean.
Although it has a shared bathroom there are enough to keep ypu comfortable at any time
The location is great, just a few minutes walk everywhere essential (the beach, the restaurants, the bus stations, the pharmacy).
Lovely people running the inn, always with a smile, also helped me organise a brilliant tour.
The bungalow is very cosy, and even though no AC (which I was aware of), they give you a really good fan. Plus the windows are all lined up with mosquito screens, so if you can sleep with the windows open and let the coolness of the night in.
Purified water was also provided, much appreciated!
