The free breakfast was good. What I like most is the unlimited brewed coffee available. Perhaps Casita Ysabel could improve the food served for lunch and dinner. Think of buffet offers for guests ( lunch, merienda, dinner). The staff were very polite and accommodating. We rented water activities ( Kayak and snorkeling sets) which were reasonably priced. Rooms are clean. It can be improved with new bedding linens. Overall the rustic vibe of the resort is what I like most. I would definitely come back. Thank you Casita Ysabel.

I like the location, the greenery of the environment. The two pools are in good position. All the staff are courteous and helpful. They have free coffee mix which is tasty, thank you for that. We had dinner in their resto and got complimentary drinks.

first of all, the staff is amazing! so welcoming and kind! they took care of us properly. we got a special dinner with freshly caught fish and it was the best dinner! in addition, we liked how the manager took my girlfriend through her SSI certification with amazing support. We can't wait to come back next year! but he way, people complaining about the stairs: there's only 98 steps (I count them) so that's not really a downside if you are fit enough.

Excellent calm location. Gorgeous sea view, which you can observe from your room, from the swimming pool or from the little garden. Hearty breakfast and dinner a la carte. There was also an Italian restaurant in a walking distance. Nice helpful personnel. AC worked as it should.

The place was outstanding. Definitely Santorini of Batangas. Picture perfect. Loads of amenities. Room was clean and airconditioning unit was working really, really well. Dinner price was reasonable but breakfast was a bit pricey.

This hotel has wonderful staff. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good, especially the grilled fish. The location is amazing, really quiet and serene, sweet among the trees and right on the oceanfront! The snorkeling in front of the hotel was some of the best I did all weekend! Such a lovely variety of fish. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The menu food was basic, I recommend bringing snacks.

I thought there would be a sandy beach at the front of the resort as there was a photo in their page, sadly there isn't. Just a breakwater. They have a decent pool but due to the cold weather, the pool was too cold to swim. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Food at their restaurant is good, there are a decent choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Clean facilities. Complete kitchen stuff. Feels like home. The host hospitality Jen is exceptional . You don't have to further to take advantage of water activities. Jen will be happy to arrange everything for a guest. I was tired after boatride and snorkeling and she brought our dinner to the room. Wer spoiled to the max
