The room was very spacious! Room had nice amenities such as fridge, tea kettle, jug for water, etc. I liked the garden and pool area and nice that they provide purified water. Small hotel so didn’t feel too crowded.

While this is a simple, no frills establishment, I certainly fit the the bill for what I was looking for. For the price of a hostel, got my own spacious room. The place looks like freshly painted and very clean. Had AC, a small desk, and a patio to hang out. The place also sports a kitchen for your use. Best part was that it had Starlink WIFI 100/20 Gb, which met my internet needs nicely, unlike the other more high-end places I also stayed at in Siargo. The location is great, a couple minutes from the Cloud 9 surfing area, restaurants next door, and a cute local beach hang out is next door too. I had an issue with an electrical plug next to the bed; they had the receptacle replaced in a matter of hours. Quiet, even being next to Mad Monkey. Love it, stayed another time a couple days later.

Our team had a wonderful stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets and a mattress that gave us great sleep every night. The internet was impressively fast, which made it easy for us as remote workers. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home.
The location was also fantastic—just a short walk to the main Tourism road and close to all the shops and attractions. The staff were warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Thank you, James and ate Cely.
One small suggestion would be a quick paint touch-up in the kitchen and maybe adding more outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard, which would make it even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience during our team building and would definitely stay here again!

It was clean, safe, and quiet. The pillows and bed were nice and clean, sheets are always tightly wrapped. I was surprised they cleaned my room after my day tour so that was really pleasant coming home to new towels and such. 🧺✨
They also have FREE coffee and tea ☕️ 🍵 so I always make sure to have one before leaving the home stay in the mornings.
The housekeeper was sooo nice as well, she made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. She also made sure we had transportation covered going to the terminal.
Compared to other places I’ve stayed at, I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

The staff were so lovely and made me feel so welcome. The communal area is great and large, especially the hammocks. Loved the family dinner we all had together. It's great having a kitchen to cook your own food

best resort I found in Visayas. I traveled around the Visayas for four weeks. I stayed here toward the beginning and loved it. Visited Boracay (horrible), El Nido (great), Bohol, Moalboal, Cebu, Siargao, and a few other places. After experiencing the Retreat at Siargoa, we chose to return to the Retreat toward the end of the stay to do some more boating and enjoy this pool. The people are fantastic, good location, the chef is phenomenal per my food and beverage US standards.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They organize a nice family dinner with party on Saturday night. They also take care of surfing classes and other tours. The dorm rooms host 18 people but everybody was respectful and the lights go out at 10pm. There is a nice pool and chill area. Every dorm room has 2 toilets and 2 showers.
The location is really good. Rooms are clean, cool and dark. The hostel looks really nice and has plenty of hammocks and couches in the common area. Family dinner is delicious and there's plenty of activities to join.
Had such a lovely atmosphere and really social lots of activities on such as family dinner and quiz nights etc! The upstairs social area was really nice to relax and meet people as pool table and ping pong too. Good location and staff super friendly
Best hostel I’ve. Ever stayed. At. The people and staff are like a massive family and you will definitely end up staying longer than you expected. This place is paradise! Family dinners are such a laugh and Francis is a fantastic cook. Ask for his mango float and you won’t be disappointed!
The warmth of the stay, the relax, the staff, the breakfast and the comfort of the rooms have made me live a unique experience on the island. Furthermore, the location is perfect, located near the beaches to enjoy the day and the lively area to go out for dinner and drinks at night. I recommend it 100%
