Proximity to the beach is fantastic, 2 min walk through some charming cobbled paths. Proximity to other amenities also super easy - max 8 min walk to the Main Street with shops and ATMs.
Apart from that, the establishment itself is so lovely considering it is budget. Nestled in between some beautiful jungle and a quieter stretch of white beach, it is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Room had a fridge (not many budget places do!), working TV, comfortable balcony, and plenty of storage space. Beds also super comfortable and linens kindly refreshed every couple of days which was appreciated. Also provides breakfast which I did not have, but also has a functioning kitchen of that is your preference.
Overall, the real assets to the property are Peter and his team. They run a fabulous establishment! No request was too great, any minor issues were dealt with immediately and without fuss, and there is always someone on hand to help or answer any questions. Not only that, Peter reached out to me directly prior to my stay to see if I had any questions or if he could assist with anything for my arrival, and was there to greet me himself on my first day and even walk me down to the beach for the first time. Honestly could not have asked for a better stay and I will definitely stay again if I am ever lucky enough to find myself in boracay again! Thank you once again Peter and your wonderful team :)

BOROCAY is beautiful, this property is located right on the beach in between station 1&2. Close to the action yet still quiet. Gorgeous sunsets in front of the room. We chose the seaview room.
Basic room, but had good WiFi, aircon and hot and cold water available on the landing.

The dinner at the hotel was very expensive. 950 pesos for the buffé. They where helpful regarding allergies but there was not much for my glutenintolerant son to chose from.
The room was good, comfortable, safe, size is perfect, aircon was working perfectly, pillows were comfy didnt give us stiff necks, and linenes, towels were clean and smells fresh.
The breakfast served for our 2 day stay was delicious, well planned and beyond my expectation. Fill your heart out in the morning and your next meal will be an early dinner.
the location is very nice it is in the middle of station 2. 3-4 minute walk to the white beach. Thw staffs are all very accommodating and friendly. The food they are serving are delicious and can be for sharinng. Super thumbs!! will definitely choose this hotel again when we will go back to Boracay

Location was excellent, out side of the Station areas giving a very quiet experience set in huge grounds away from the crowds, easy access to both sides of the island to view sunrise and sunsets, a range of food for breakfast although limited menu range for lunch and dinner, bottled beer and drinks more expensive than others.

Excellent location at Bulabog beach. The hotel has kite school , dinner and rental services. . Walkable to the main town square and variety of amenities( local shops, restaurants and bars or water sports ) close by . The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were absolutely amazing. The lady went above and beyond to make airport transportation seamless.
I found the spacious rooms to be a haven of comfort, complete with efficient air conditioning that provided respite from the tropical heat. Despite the bustling atmosphere just beyond its walls, the inn exuded a serene ambiance, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.
