Host and his family are kind, my bicycle is safely stowed with them. The rooftop is cool. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be relatively calm.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
I had a wonderful time at Fundo San Silvestre. Rose and Rogel are perfect hosts, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and generous. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, home-cooked with local ingredients, fruits and avocado freshly picked from their garden. The rooms are clean and luminous, with balconies from which one can see the sun rising over the Cordillera Blanca.
The property and location. Space heater in the room and the fireplace awesome.The staff were outstanding, everyone treated us very nice and the food simply delicious, dinner included was a pleasant bonus so we didn’t have to travel into town. Mr Wayne and Ms Maria Gracia were very diligent in answering questions and providing directions.
The hosts are super friendly and open to help with any advice around the city or even book a tour for you.
I loved the place with lovely inner garden, bbq pit and the views of the city and surrounding mountains from the 3rd and 4th floors.
Nice place a bit our of town. Still everything can be reached on foot. Nice inner yard and freidnly owners. Breakfast is included in the price. Wifi was working fast most of the time.
Breakfast was superb. The decoration is very "feel at home" and warm, rooms also. There's a terrace in the dining room. Mat night you can order dinner if you want (very big plates, ask 1 for 2) and they will even light the fireplace for you
