Tony's attention was excellent, he offered to upgrade our room to a nicer space so we were more than confortable there. Dinner at the restaurant with them was really nice, Tony played some music , food was delicious. Our evening could not have been better there! And of course, the breakfast had everything we could have asked for, delicious.
The hostel was super well located, we were literally at the beach! the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delish.
The receptionist Andrea was amazing from the beginning to the end of my stay and how can I forget the star of the place??... a super cute dog named Penny... I definitely recommend this place!!! ❤️🏖
I loved that getting assistance was quick and that the staff was bilingual so I barely had to try and speak Spanish or to be understood. Lunch was AMAZING every single day. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was good. The steak house was okay but the Asian meal was not very good. I enjoyed the sushi though. The property was also kept clean at all times.
The staff did all that was possible to make our stay comfortable. The restaurants, Sakura and Olivos, had great food and service. The staff at these restaurants went above and beyond to accommodate our kids by switching some items in the menu and we did enjoy a very nice dinner. The beach and pools were great! We enjoyed the water slides and the kids had fun. The shows at night were fun too, we got a chance to enjoy some nice live music.
Fabulous property. Big rooms and unlimited drinks and food. There were buffets and you could even choose an Italian or Asian Restaurant. Wine came with dinner and the bars were open, some even 24 hours. Only downside was check-in was slow. Had to wait in our car 20 minutes to reach the front of the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent and dinner was very good.
