From the beginning to end The Chedi Muscat was a dream hotel to stay in. The service was impeccable, all the staff were incredible. I was met by Sonomi at the front desk who checked me in and gave me such a warm welcome. Waitress Mita was incredibly kind and such a pleasant person to be around always smiling during breakfast and dinner, I will really miss her. The rooms were so clean, the location was great and the whole stay was amazing. My birthday was made really special, I cannot recommend The Chedi Muscat enough!!
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and great first impression of the hotel on our first stay and exceeded our expectation on our second visit. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We're very pleased with overall service. .We hope to be back for a longer stay.
Check in was smooth and Nasir was very helpful and dinner was amazing, thank you Hassan for welcoming and your tasty food you are the best .

Breakfast was too pathetic. Except fresh omelete there was nothing good for breakfast breakfast main dishes seems dinner leftovers like rice abd curries
The location of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast very superb, and the dinner in Mediterranean restaurant wonderful.
The whole team were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely come back in Jumeirah Muscat Bay for a weekend escape...
