Great location, Clo on reception was lovely and super helpful with planning our time in Taupo/Rotorua, we had the best time and enjoyed coming back to our cosy little room and cooking dinner in a well organised and clean kitchen area.
The Executive Room was a great size and enavled us to have our family who were also staying at The Cove come to our room for a pre dinner drink and after dinner card games - was a lovely atmosphere
From the moment you drive up to the Hilton Taupo I was amazed at how beautiful the property was. The check in staff were so friendly yet professional. Our room was huge and we loved the touches like the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Dinner in the Bar area was delicious and good portions.
The highlight was the sensational pool and spa area that was magical at night.
Our breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options hot and cold. The home made Granola was awesome.
Wonderful location and view. The rooms are spacious but a little tired. They were in the process of updating some rooms. We had breakfast and a dinner at the restaurant on location and service and food was lovely.

Upon arrival, friendly staff member and she made you feel welcome. We were upgraded to a view of the lake it was amazing and the room was just right, clean and comfortable.
A very short walk to the Irish pub for dinner and mini golf.
We would come back here and recommend it to our friends.
