Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The Rees is a fabulous property to base yourself from in Queenstown. Its proximity to the town and ski fields was very handy. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, with quality finishes and it was exceptionally clean. Our view was beautiful. The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was definitely worth a visit, we had a delicious dinner and breakfast. I would especially recommend the apartments to families who enjoy having hotel service and amenities along with the spaciousness of an apartment.
Older style hotel, with a warm atmosphere, ideal room for 2 people bookings, close to airport, town centre, located main road and bus routes, pick up point for bus tours, close to planned activity bus and shuttle services, early breakfast and late dinner services, laundry and luggage storage service, best room rates for time stayed, mountains and partial lake views, staff friendly and helpful. Ideal location if you've planned an adventurous holiday.
Warm apartment with everything we needed. Easy location to get around the Queenstown area. Good to have own parking. We liked the closeness of some great eating places (Gantleys Tavern was excellent) so close and the Broken Heart Gin place was enjoyable!
Great location, right at the heart of Queenstown, yet, a couple blocks away from all the noise. The rooms have a ski-cottage feel and are warm and comfortable. It also has lots of parking spots which is very convenient as you can walk to dinner or anywhere you want in town rather than worrying about finding a spot.
Beautiful location overlooking the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast and we had a wonderful dinner. Loved the recycling/reusing measures.
Great location just 5 minutes walk from the bus exchange. Walking distance to the Buzz stop cafe - great breakfast and the Frankton Arm Tavern good pub meals, mulled wine and lovely lake views. Nice warm bathroom and electric blankets.
The hotel is in a decent location (for price) to the town centre, although it should be noted that it is a significnat incline in walking to and from the town centre. The Room was clean and check in was very easy plus a bonus of havinng a storage room for ski's boots.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was nice and had everything we needed and it was serviced regularly. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots of food choices. We had room service for dinner one night and it was delicious. The location was amazing. We loved being so close the town and the lake and no hills to walk to get back from town.
The rustic interior design of the room is great. Walk in with the music and heater going.
Staff were very friendly at the reception and the restaurant. Loved the open wood fire in the restaurant.
Great options for sauna and table tennis. Indoor and outdoor dinning.
