Traditional house located in a quiet area with parking included. It has everything one might need for a pleasant stay in the Lofoten area. Nice kitchen, large living room, 2 bunk beds, hot water. Additional services like linnen or wash machine must be paid with cash, at the property. Make sure to bring some. ATMs are difficult to find in the area. A self-check-in is available and the landlord is kind and responsive. Short walks around the village and hiking trails are within reach. Driving around on the scenic road is also an option.
Nice, right in the heart of Henningsvær with a big balcony facing the harbour - perfect for a sunny breakfast / lunch / dinner at home.
Good interior design, included coffee and tea. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking is included.
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, next to a bus stop. Good cafe with cinnamon buns etc. Half an hour walk from the door to the famous but challenging Festvågtind hike. Fridge and kettle on the room were really handy for an Englishman making tea.
We loved the experience in the typical red Norwegian houses. It had a very cute rustical vibe. It had all the amenities one could need and the sunrises and the sunset are amazing from this place.
Cozy unit with a bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area. No balcony, but harbor view from the living/dining area. Free parking for hotel guests is available. Kitchen seems well equipped, but we went out for dinner so have not used it.
A short walk from a nice viewpoint, and a nice restaurant nearby where we had dinner. The hotel also has a restaurant, but we have not tried it.
Very good choice to visit Hennigsvaer.The check in is automatic (so fast and you may come whenever you want). The hotel is clean and, although the room is not large, perfect for a night over. The hotel is located right at the beginning of town.We used the hotel parking (which is easy to park on) to park our car in order to see the city before check out time.
Beautiful guest house in the middle of Henningsvaer. The staff were brilliant, when we mentioned we had to leave early to catch a ferry, they made us up a breakfast to go which was so kind. I'd highly recommend a stay here!
Our stay at Gammelskola Apartments was fabulous from beginning to end. Kate was incredibly kind and helpful, routinely checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect, and the apartment provided us with everything we needed.
