Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The apartment was well equipped, and had enough room for all of us, the best part was that it is in the woods, where the kids could explore while we were cooking dinner or whatnot. There are shops close by.
The cottage was beautiful, clean, and cosy. Restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast) was excellent, with very friendly staff. Directly from the property you walk into a beautiful environment and also the entrance to the Veluwe National Park is only a 5mins drive.
Breakfast had a nice variety of items but the bonus was the excellent poached egg made in a variety of ways — Florentine, with smoked fish, Benedict, etc.
Lunch and dinner were also available. We had dinner and thought it was superb. Excellent variety of items beautifully prepared. Room , food, and location were all outstanding.
Absolutely quiet, close to the national park and the Kröller-Müller Museum. The ambitious restaurant was very good (don’t forget to reserve a table for dinner!). We borrowed bikes to ride to the museum (3-3.5 km away). There are hiking trails all around the property.
The location is perfect, right at the entrance of the park! The staff is lovely, especially in the restaurant. We came to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and have a baby moon before our son arrives in just a few days. The staff went the extra mile with a handwritten note and a gift for the baby, it was so sweet!! Highly recommend having dinner in the restaurant, the food is excellent and priced very well. The wellness facilities are also very nice.
