Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The room is quite small to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, especialially the inner allyway (take turns passed thru). But, that is the reality of the container concept, and it's acceptable.
I'm in love with this hotel. It's beyond my expectations when the room I rented was indeed a large one.
I love the capati n I'm just ok with the breakfast and it values the price of only RM8 per head n RM3 for children.
It is situated in the heart of the town when there are many food stalls to have dinner and it was just a walking distance.
The parkings are good and I can see my car from my room.
Overall I LOVE IT 🤩.
We like the location. very convenient. Taiping Sentral Mall is right across the street, hawker stalls are located below the building where they are open breakfast to dinner. And central attraction, Lake Garden is less than 10mins grab away.
This was one of our favourite places to stay on our bike trip through Malaysia. We loved: the accommodation itself, very rustic with a seating area to chill outside, delicious breakfast of local treats, lovely cats to chill out with, orchard location and the friendly staff.
The room is super big and clean.
The location is superb and easy to navigate. Staying here meaning easy to walk around the center of Taiping to get various type of food and cafe.
The staffs are very friendly. They’re very polite and ready to help. Always have smile on their faces. I thought Taiping is a small city but this Maxwell Inn gave a very good impression to us. Surely will choose this place again for the future.
Spacious. 6 rooms, 5 with attached bathroom. Big lounge with sofa, big flat TV and desk, big dinning table, kitchen with some more dinning table(smaller with 4 chairs). Fully air conditioned. Washing machine is available, and detergent is provided. Iron board is ready. Free wifi.

Have dinner with family member together and it’s was so convenient as all utilities is prepared .
The fridge is super cold . Drinks was fast cold .
The locarion of the hotel is just awesome. It’s connected to a mall, so if you need to withdraw cash or have a quick run to the pharmacy or buy anything, it’s pretty convenient. It’s alos opposite a local foodcourt with a variety of local dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner at cheap prices. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Taiping Lake, and even the Taiping Zoo.

The hotel room have some space for prayers, not to big but just nice. The breakfast is moderate. Food like Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng taste good. Also enjoy Kuey Teow Pattaya, Nasi Goreng Ikan Masin & Char Kuey Teow for Dinner at Bawang Cafe. Delicious.
