This place is very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet and privacy.
I love the view from my Chalet. They also have strong WIFI and the observation deck with chairs and table, wow...it's really impressed me. I can see the view clearly and have my dinner and breakfast with my loves one. One day I will come again and bring my whole family.
Beautiful location with lovely views over surrounding tea fields against a backdrop of Mount Kilabalu. We stayed in a cosy cottage - the longhouse was a bit of a challenge for our spoiled old bones! Very reasonable price. Nice dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Lovely gifts in the shop. Wonderfully cooler and less humid than lowland Sabah.

The toilet is large and spacious. The water heater worked well.
The customer centre and housekeeping crew responded fast and well to my request to help shut the stucked toilet window.
Had dinner at the cafe and the food was delicious! The tomyum soup, wet butter chicken, and mixed veggies were awesome. Very reasonably priced.
Breakfast of fried rice was scrumptious, too!
Friendly staff, very accommodative. We have to get out early and have to miss breakfast, they offer us dinner as replacement. Even call us to ask what we want to eat. Food is good and generous.
The location is strategic at the Poring Spa & Park, with day trips to Kinabalu and Crockner Parks within reach and even to Sandakan and the nearby nature reserves and sanctuaries. Ruby and Fred really cared about my well being, breakfast in their restaurant at flexible times, dinners at low extra cost. No dogs barking during nights.
Everything was perfect! The staff was helpful & friendly, the place was nice & clean and they have the best dinner & free breakfast as well! I highly recommend the nasi lemak fried chicken🤤👍👍
If you want serenity go here and ask for the mountain facing cottage, beautiful and there is an amazing cafe for breakfast / lunch / dinner.
we enjoyed every moment and regretted not staying a day more.
