the front office staff check me in early even though I arrived early just after noon, and went extra mile to make sure that the kitchen prepare and pack breakfast for me as I was scheduling to leave for airport at 6am
breakfast is great, local & western are both there; pool & city views are nice; dinner was ala carte and medium-pricing for good food; very spacious, a lot of nice tableaux on walls; parking experience was fine
Very convenient to have breakfast, lunch & dinner as there are quite a number of restaurants situated nearby, within 5 to 20 minutes walk only. Groceries shops are also nearby, So convenient for us.
Ms Grace was very friendly and proactive in assisting or helping us if any problem arises. Kudos to her.
Good location as it is beside the mall. Kids enjoyed the stay and the pool. We had the Surf and Turf Buffet Dinner which had a splendid array of seafood and international delicacies
The Duplex Apartment was so clean & really cosy & the staff was so nice & Ms.Laura was so lovely & helpful...my family had a good stay..the children love this place..next stay in PJ surely will stay in Chrisenbel Suites-Pinnacle PJ..
The hotel is very big. We booked a junior suite and were upgraded to an executive suite. The room is very comfortable and clean.
The hotel is next to a huge shopping mall with many good restaurants. We did not need to go out for dinner.
The bed is very verrry comfy, very quiet place. Bathroom is clean, got Hair dryer and fridge. Room is 9/10 clean.
Got KK Mart to buy quick food. Got mamak walking distance. Got starbucks.
I was a solo female, and I felt safe during my stay eventhou i came back around 1.30am after company dinner event.
