Very nice and helpful staff. I lost my room key going to the swimming pool opened until 8:00pm but was provided with another one very quickly. Also we arrived late in the restaurant to have dinner but it remained opened until we finished (closure at 10:30pm). Highly professionnal and available if you have any question
The privacy and accessibility to the premise. It has all the necessary facilities for a few days business trip. And nice aerial view of the city of Kota Bharu to be appreciated at. There are some nearby local restaurant for dinner and the famous Kopitiam Kita restaurant is within walking distance for breakfast.
As for breakfast, I do not take any. But I did take a dinner at one of the two nearby restaurant as both of them are within walking distance. The food there is quite good and tasty.
Location, complete facilities and the host, as well as the cleanliness. The host even provide rice to cook, soap to wash your cloth and some others which we didnt expect. Check in process also very smooth. Nearby shop if I want to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Insya Allah we come again and stay in Aleeya. The apartment we booked suit for two guest.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and they treat us like their family member.
I love the bed & pillows, so so so comfortable! The washroom size is okay. I lovvvveeeeee lounging watching netflix & youtube channel. Staff are friendly as well & very helpful, he suggested me superb location for dinner!
