Truly value for money as the design is nice, clean, has an elevator (comparing to another hotel I was living in) and somehow the vibes are very positive. There are always people coming to the area taking photos at night and in the morning. There is also a mini mart right below and a nice cafe opposite. And the bed mattress was firm and solid, giving comfortable sleep!

Superb!! This guest house is located right in the center of George Town. The owner is really nice and helpful, he even allowed us to check in early without any additional charge. The way they take care of their guests is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. It was worth (even beyond) every penny :D. I highly recommend this guest house and will definitely come back one day!
What a charming hotel! The wooden floors, the tiles, the matching furniture - it all works. Plus: modern art displayed in the rooms, balancing the colonial feel.
Breakfast is good: both asian and western choices, lovely decorated breakfast room.
We stayed in one of the two-storey villas: lots of space, comfy sofa, drinking water machine (hot/cold), coffee/tea and snacks provided. Yes, some parts are a little run down and the jacuzzi took forever to fill, but the charm and character of this hotel make it a winner!
Rooms are well laid out, security men at the main door always give a warm welcome
Breakfast is usual buffet with loads of options.
Very near to the bus 101 which goes into George Town and Batu Ferinnighi, making travelling very easy if you don’t have a car.
Everything was perfect for our short trip of 8 persons. The owner is very helpful from beginning, before arrival until after we checked out. The facilities are complete and overall a nice accommodation. Recommended.
Guest house just in the lively street, very convenient to walk to any place. Facilities all good, multiple toilet, and shared bedrooms are quite big. Nice stay in penang
We loved the property ! The attention to detail, the design, if felt like we were staying in our own little mansion. The layout of our suite (Cinnamon 1 and 2) was perfect for a family of 5 - our boys had their own room each. We loved all the artwork / antiques. The location is perfect. Great shower rooms, loved the no use plastic use too. Staff were amazing recommending restaurants / cafes etc and helping with onward journey. Wish we had stayed longer - can highly recommend.
Chia is a wonderful and generous host sharing great local knowledge and very caring too. Her place is a very traditional old house, rustic and charming and in walking distance to most main attractions in the old town. She supplies water too which is a great bonus as it's very hot and humid in Georgetown.
First impression of the hotel was new and trendy. It provides coffee and tea and some snacks. Love the oversize marble dinning table and many comfortable sofa for guests to rest.
Excellent location as it was near to most of the tourist attraction such as the famous penang street arts, chew jetty, and also Komtar. The decor in the guest house is beautiful, rustic and antique. Staffs were friendly and answered all my queries. Will come back again and highly recommend this place
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Rustic and authentic charm with lots of quirky features. It was clean and cosy and the ladies that run the inn are so lovely and helpful. We left early and they prepared a take away breakfast for us which was a lovely touch. Great location and lots of nice additional quirks like a coffee machine, balcony overlooking the courtyard and water dispensers everywhere. We were sad to leave!!
