Very clean and spacious. All room and living room with aircond and really appreciate the water dispenser and washing machine. Thumbs up 👍🏻

The room is clean, the best part is there is a water dispenser just outside of the room, they also provide two glass tumblers for water. They provide simple breakfast and also simple dinner, both are self service. the hotel staff are all very friendly. The location is superb. next to a mall and walking distance to Chinatown.
I like the warm decoration. Towels are prepared. Internet speed is great. Cutlery and dinnerware are available. The instructions give for check in and check out are very clear. Surely will come again.
the value is ok.for breakfast or any lunch or dinner for oku/special kids have to give half price or free because they not eat to much.better the hotel have to do or give some pleasent for customer
House / Apartment is a quiet, spacious and calming place. Every bedroom have aircond. Terrace and balcony are clean and safe. The apartment facilities was great and comfortable. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we need something and if had any questions. Totally recommend it.
We had previously stayed in Urban Inn Sungai Petani and had a comfortable stay. Decided to try Urban Inn Alor Setar for another trip and were very satisfied with the value for money. Particularly liked the Coway water filter and comfortable beds!
The place is wonderful but the owner was not very responsive in the beginning after I booked the place. I sent 3 messages with no response. However, she was very accommodating when we moved in, also allowed us to have late check out. Overall, we're very satisfied.
The room was spacious for a deluxe room overseeing the mall. The location is nearby Lotus Mall and convenient for shopping. The mosques are also nearby. The food stalls outside the hotel is a convenient way to have dinner.
