Good service, decent time from order, no need to pay at the moment bit at the check out, im genetal, we got what we asked for dinner witj the kids and my wife. Pasta for the kids was good, sincronizadas good
We ate 2 breakfast and 2 dinners at Casa . All the meals were very good. The coffee was strong and had a good flavor. An amazing banana bread was served warm with breakfast. It was delicious. The portions of the meals were generous, well prepared ,and tasty.
Quaint, a true gem tucked away in the heart of the city - but the real winner was the quality of it all - the staff, the food, and the attention to detail was truly spectacular. They had everything you could ever need and more including ear plugs, homemade soaps in the rooms, a delicious cold tea that was always available and water refill stations. I would 100% recommend you stay here.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Several of them spoke great English and all of them were patient with my beginner Spanish as well. Property was small, beautiful, and quiet with plenty of places of stretch out and relax. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
Such a quaint Meson and Restaurant- a little oasis, a very comfortable place to sit and have a meal- breakfast was great, a very nice choice . We had dinner which was also excellent and the room was adorable with everything one needs. Walking distance to zocalo and plenty of Restaurants and private parking across the street- lo recomiendo mucho, un Meson encantador! Gracias!
The room I stayed had a spectacular lake view. Enjoyed the dinner a lot and I really like the furniture in the room so I even asked them where they bought them. Would like to visit again.
staff is AMAZING…especially Maria and Fernanda at the front desk…from beginning to end they were impeccable in their service.
then the property is beautiful…a merge of nature and tasteful design throughout…marrying the two beautifully.
We had a very good 4 night stay! The staff are really welcoming and gives great advice on what to do in the city. Also there was always a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, since the guests and staff mostly cooked dinner themselves (a lot of great food markets nearby). Overall a nice experience!
