My wife, mother and I went to Tepoztlán for just 1 night the weekend of Jan 10. We selected this hotel based on the reviews. This is not a fancy hotel, but it is nice, very clean, great location, big bathroom & shower and reasonably priced. First, Alejandro is fabulous. It was so nice talking with him and his son, Adrián. Both are so nice, make you feel welcome and were very helpful with all of our questions. After exploring the town that evening, we came back to the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the beautiful view. The next morning, Alejandro & Adrián served us our breakfast on the rooftop terrace - it was outstanding! We had fresh papaya, croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, bean sopes, amazing homemade salsa and fabulous coffee (Alejandro's wife is the cook). This is such a nice, family run hotel. There are no complaints. I can highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Of all of my travels - this may be my favorite stay. I was in the Deluxe Queen suite and the view was absolutely breathtaking. You wake up to a sunrise coming up over the mountains as you overlook the city. So much natural light and fresh air! The location also couldn’t have been more convenient—the city center was just a short 3 minute walk away. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t recommend this place more and look forward to bringing friends to visit!

The inn is very quiet, the room they assigned us was in perfect condition and very clean, and the attention and kindness of the owners was simply exceptional. If you go to Tepoztlan with the idea of resting, this is the right place.
Everything was perfect - the place, the facilities, the location - and the volunteers made this place even extra special with great activities (yoga, temazcal, Ricardo's delicious community dinners, and they also organize tai chi, african dance, fogata, and so much more). Warmly recommended!
Good central location in a fairly quiet street. Bere is a delightful, helpful and friendly host who gave us lots of great information about what to see and do, how to get to places and where to eat and listen to music. The place is rustic and simply furnished but always spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace at sundown to watch the mountains turn pink.
Beautiful property with very spacious rooms. The central courtyard and pool were stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was there with my wife on New Year’s Eve and they hosted an amazing dinner with an incredible Tova singer.
The place was quite and relaxing. Loved the rustic vibe. No lux, but nothing uncomfortable. The hosts very nice and acomodating. The breakfast delicious.
This was truly a magical place. Full of comfortable spots to relax on the grounds, lovely gardens, a beautiful room with a view of the pool, the town of Tepoztlan, and mountains all around. At night, the twinkling lights of Mexico City can be seen. The bed was so comfortable, a great jacuzzi tub amd shower. The breakfast was very good with a choice of included items. We ate dinner and lunch here as well on a couple of the days
The staff here truly understand service and are always so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return!
Beautiful view from breakfast room and delicious to boot! Well located (easy walk to center of town and to the beginning of the hike to the pyramid). The grounds were meticulously kept and picturesque.
The garden is amazing and the rooms were a cool super rustic style. Water started pouring out of our ceiling at night though and we couldn’t find anyone around to speak to.
The staff were amazing, tentative and professional.
The restaurant / chef was excellent- we ate there for dinner in addition to the included breakfast.
