Looking for an inn?
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

We were dazzled by the Inn the moment we pulled up in our cab. It truly is a castle quality experience. The staff, headed by Irma, the Operations Manager, was kind, welcoming, and responsive. She was key in creating an oasis like vibe for us. Our room, spacious, clean, and well lit had a commanding view of Cabo and the bay. One could feel the love that was put into creating this Irish castle situated by the sea. What a sweet stay! P.S. Luna the Cat was enchanting.

The Don Diego Breakfast was really good. They have a buffet from 6:30 am to 11 am and their food is delicious. We also had pizza and sushi by the pool during the day. We had dinner at Don Diego and ate lunch at the Agave restaurant. It was good food and the staff was very nice.

I love that there were so many choices for breakfast. I love that the resort offered parties every other day. I love that lunch and dinner you had the option to do a casual Buffet or a dining experience. I love that were plenty of pools to choose from.

The food was horrible breakfast, lunch and dinner. The juice was watered down and the soda had no taste.

The buffet was very good!! My favorite restaurant was Cilantros, a reservation has to be made for dinner, but not for lunch. The food was delicious!!

As owners of timeshare unit at Playa Grande, we booked Solmar Resort as an add-on for 4 days to our week beginning March 23. Generally met our expectations and we were very happy with our stay.

My room was very small, but it was fine for me. The Inn shows its age, a lot of things showing a lot of wear but everything still seems to work fine. The colors have been enhanced quite a lot in the photos I would say. I wonder if anyone actually stays in the penthouse, it's basically outdoors. My room had A/C. The Inn is fine for some overnight lodging and sit in the courtyard. Great location and great price. The innkeeper is very friendly and helpful.
