Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The hotel was good and the room space fantastic! The staff was really helpful, even to order dinner on delivery. The cleaning within the rooms was really good, and having a large desk with a coffee machine is always welcome!
Everything. VERY CONFORTABLE.
It's a big property with 16 private rooms complete with annex that serves as a second bedroom for a large family or as a lunch/dinner room containing a large refrigerator and microwave and an attached private area with a tank for washing dishes and washing clothes and a large space to hang the clothes to dry them
The staff was very helpful. Our room was large with a frig and sitting area. We had a standard 2 queen bed room. The location is outstanding for access to the foothills and easy walking to several different dinning options including a very nice grocery store.
The hotel is beautiful. Location is central to Monterrey; beds are comfortable, and rooms are nice with amenities were quite happy when we arrived and went to our room. We did have a dinner in the restaurant that was good, but a little overpriced compared to off-site locations. The issue with that is there's nothing you can walk to close by.
I had dinner and it was excellent. The waitstaff was very kind. The choices of shopping and restaurants is great. Best taco spot a few doors down, I inhaled their tacos, so warm, fresh, and made with love.
The room was very dirty, bed shits were not clean, shower was not clean, there not soap in the toilet.
Dinner was over before and they told you there is and I was in the quiu for 20 min for nothing.
Morning the coffe was very cold, and even I have to pay for it.
The staff could have done better.
I wasn't pleased, not for the amount I paid. Room had an awful smell, the towels, sheets as well. I needed a room and had to settle for this. The area is awful, I will not be returning. For being a Hampton Inn, I was so disappointed.
The place is gorgeous, cute little hotel, the room was large and even had a kitchenette which I wasn't expecting. The location is outstanding, in the heart of Barrio Antiguo, I was able to walk for dinner and such. Would totally stay here again.
