Casa 9, hotel in Mexico City

Featuring a garden, terrace, bar and free WiFi, Casa 9 is located in Mexico City, 1.3 miles from Chapultepec Castle and 1.8 miles from The Angel of Independence.

Great communication from the hotel staff to us before and during the trip. Not only does Casa 9 have a beautiful aesthetic, but the staff makes it comfortable and accommodating. There is always filtered water available in the lobby for free, as well as alcoholic beverages for a charge. The courtyard was a beautiful oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious! We had the chilaquiles and the avocado toast. The coffee and pastries were great, as well! Our room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. Casa 9 provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as a hair dryer. We felt very comfortable with the security, as there is an outer door to the building, a lock on the Casa 9 section of the building, and then locks on each of the hotel rooms. It is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in La Condesa. We would absolutely stay here again!

Suites Alcazar, hotel in Mexico City

Located conveniently in the Reforma district of Mexico City, Suites Alcazar is located a 12-minute walk from Museo de Memoria y Tolerancia, half a mile from Museo de Arte Popular and a 16-minute walk...

The staff was so kind and helpful. The place itself is lovely, each floor has a courtyard/lounge area which I noticed different groups of people enjoying. There is a doorman for this place, use the doorbell and staff will open up for you. It's a nice feature for safety and a warm greeting. The room was smallish but had all essentials. Wifi was working and great.

I loved this hotel. It was kind of hard to find, but it was worth it. I loved the great wifi and the upstairs deck. This place just had a good vibe, too.

It was very clean, the reception guys were very helpful even though my Spanish is very beginner level. Felt safe coming and going at all hours. Good location, next to a lot of shops where you can refill up on drinks/food. Bathroom amenities were nice. Room was nice and cool and comfortable.

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.

Very nice hotel with a great combo of price, location and services. It looks vintage (which could be a bonus for some), yet all works as expected. I had a room with windows to the inner yard and it was pretty quiet during the night. Nice TV entertainment solution based on Roku. Location is great for many places (metrobus line nearby, short walking distance from shopping, bars and a souvenir market, etc.). Would stay again.

Everything was really great. Big room with plenty of hot water. Good view. Free breakfast. Staff were so nice. Car to airport the next morning on time. I love this hotel for a quick overnight stay and can walk to Delirio to have lunch or dinner.

We loved everything about this hotel. The service and cleanliness were amazing. Our daughter had an emergency and the hotel doctors were incredible. The rooftop was our favorite place to have breakfast, cocktails and dinner. The location is great because you can walk in Condesa.
