Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The beach is only a few steps from hotel lobby. Loved the dinner menu. Not so much the lunch menu
The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Location was just right. We were able to have a late check-out for an additional $1,500 MXN
The location was absolutely amazing, and the unit was large with a fabulous rooftop terrace. We had a few glitches at the beginning, but Roberto, the maintenance manager, came and fixed them all. He was a pleasure to deal with.
What a gem Reina del Mar is! Dale, the Innkeeper, is the kindest, most interesting person, and the whole staff will embrace you as if you were a member of the family. As a single female traveler, it is places like Reina del Mar that provide a home base for me to explore a new city.
The room was spacious and just as pictured in the photos, the breakfasts were creative and delicious, and the pool area was an oasis of calm in an otherwise busy city.
I would give Reina del Mar many more "stars" than the maximum, if I could.
Clean, we made a mess going and coming back from the beach with sand all over. I was so embarrassed and worried they weren’t going to be able to clean our room. We went to eat and came back in less than 2 hours and it was super clean. Also the buffet was good for dinner and i loved the ocean view. My husband and kids loved the pool.
The front desk staff were consistently friendly and EXTREMELY helpful with all my questions regarding the area, buses, taxis, tours, etc and tech problems (my phone & lap top). I can not say enough about all of them! I would like to name names, but I do not want to miss someone!
All the employees of the Park Inn were friendly, smiling, helpful and patient!
As is always the case when we stay at the Inn @ Mazatlan, the people make our time there very enjoyable. Our room had a good view, and the staff was both helpful and welcoming. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to stay in Mazatlan.
Pool. Just next to the ocean.
Panama restaurant inside the hotel. This restaursnt is a famous local restaurant chain with a great variety of food for brekfast, lunch and dinner.
