Our whole stay was really nice. The room was very comfortable and well located. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Majid was very helpful and communicative from the beginning. He also helped us change our reservation due to a coming hurricane. Thanks a million Majid.

Excellent location, steps from a beautiful shoreline and only a 5 min walk from the beach you can swim in / find restaurants at. Extremely short walk from ferry port and the center of town for transit and dinner.

This resort was perfect. Perfect size, perfect service, perfect location. We loved being "down south" away from all the chaos of downtown and north beach areas. The pool was perfect and beautiful. The beach was just the right size. Everything was clean, we had breakfast, lunches and dinner at the cafe and they were all delicious. It was a wonderful week and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Nothing. This hotel is literally still on it's beginning and there are SO MANY fuckups that it's unbelievable. Service is for real the worst I've ever experienced. No matter how many fuckups were there - they didn't give ANY compensation. NOT A LUXURY HOTEL

We loved the pool and the happy hour! The food was great for both breakfast and lunch (we didn't do dinner there). Overall, we have nothing bad to say about this property, we would most definitely choose to come there again.

The view from the pool and deck was beautiful. Staff was friendly and very responsive to requests. Nice area below the hotel for snorkeling or just hanging out in the water. Very quiet and relaxing with enough places within walking distance to buy drinks, snacks, or breakfast/lunch/dinner. Easy to walk to Punta Sur or just across to the ocean side of the island.

The location is perfect. So central. We watched the sunset at the beach, walked over to Lola Valentina for a great Mexican dinner, then strolled the streets. We added on a lovely breakfast. Host is friendly and helpful. Very cute place to stay.

The essence of this hotel revolves around its prime location. Situated on a small island connected to Isla Mujeres by a bridge, it offers breathtaking beaches, stunning sunsets, and crystal-clear waters. The dinner offered delicious food, and a must-visit spot is the chevicheria.
