Amazing stay with the most generous man in Sri Lanka! So so helpful and did everything for us, even cooked us a lovely curry dinner the night before our flight.
The owner was really welcoming and helpful. He helped us figure out how to take the bus and even drove us to the bus stop. The breakfast and dinner were perfect, as much in quantity as quality. The room was confortable and the garden very nice.
We loved friendly and relaxed staff, the host arranged everything we asked, including delicious dinner, coffee very early in the morning and airport transportation. The rooms (it's actually two small houses) were very nice, comfortable and clean. Our children were very happy with the mini pool, because they cooled down and relaxed after a long day of driving.
We recommend it for relaxing before going home or for the first day of your vacation, as it is very close to the airport.
I stayed in this guest house before an early morning flight and it was perfect for this reason. The owners were wonderful. My room was very comfortable and equipped with all I needed. The owner ordered a local domino's pizza for me as I arrived late that evening, and her husband drove me to the airport which is a 3/4 minute drive. Very comfortable bed and great WiFi. Perfect for an airport stop, but the town around did not seem to have much!
Our host was so kind and helpful 😊 after a month in Sri Lanka this was our final stay, after a disaster accommodation cancellation that same day we found this guest house at short notice and was just we needed. Thank you.
The pool is large and very nice and clean with lovely loungers. We had dinner and it was excellent. It is only 15 minutes from the airport. But during our stay we were hardly aware of the planes taking off and landing. An excellent stay.
