We had a good night stay in the Adams Peak Inn. It was perfectly located for our 2am tour on the Adams Peak. The room was very comfortable and clean + the view from the balcony was great. The services was superb, the staff even opened the kitchen for us even though we were the only guests off season. Thank you again for organising us a taxi back to the train station when we couldn’t find anyone available! :)

the owners were lovely and very attentive. They helped us with our itinerary and found us a tuktuk for a fair price. The house is close to Lake Gregory, ideal for walking or jogging. they washed and ironed our things. We did a cooking class with the wife and ate one of our best meals. The breakfast was delicious and different every time. Thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️

We liked our room overlooking the garden and watching the mist passing across. The location is near Gregory Lake, so it cut down on travelling time.
We liked having our English breakfast in the dining room, which made it feel like a home. The chef prepared it fresh and served it warm. Thank you.

Basic and clean guesthouse with a very friendly host. Kalum is extremely friendly and helpful with perfect English. His best friend is a tuk tuk driver and he is also super friendly and helpful.
The room is basic and clean with a warm shower. Don't expect luxury for the price but it's everything for a comfortable night.
The breakfast was exceptional. Local breakfast with local tea and fruit. Breakfast is served upstairs overlooking the tea fields. We then went for a walk through the fields after breakfast.
The accom is a 10 mins walk up a hill from town. This can be challenging as it's fairly steep. We got a tuk tuk for 300 from town.
WiFi was average and usable but not perfect. I have no reservations in recommending this to someone. Thank you Kalum 🙏🏼

The nights were cold, and they have heaters available for a fee, but it was not necessary, the sheets and blanket they provide were enough.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
I came here to rest before climbing Adam’s Peak. The owner picked me up from the railway station free of charge. He took me to Adam’s Peak for a very decent price and it was lovely coming back to a lovely breakfast made by his wife. Dinner was also great! The bed was comfy and the place is very quiet, also being a short walk to Hatton centre. He also offered a nice tour of Hatton area. I reccomend!
Everything was the best! Perfect, nice and clean accommodation with wonderfull view to garden full of flowers and to nice landscape. You can eat and rest on the balcony. The breakfast and dinner were really delicious and big. Owners of homestay are nice, kind and polite people. If you have to decide where to stay, this is really the best place in Sri Lanka.

We stayed for three nights at trinish homestay and absolutely loved it! The owner is super friendly and so helpful. He picked us up from the train station and had dinner ready for us. The food was amazing. He took us to Adam’s Peak / Sri Padaya and waited there for us while we were hiking for 5 hours. The room is a bit old and damp but would 10 out of 10 recommend 😍
We had a phantastic time in Dickoya thanks to Saman and his wife. They were extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast and dinner were extraordinary. The accommodation is located beautifully very close to the tea plantages so that you can take a nice walk from there through the hills to the Castlereigh Reservoir. We highly recommend staying at Samans place!
The only thing that exceeded the expectational view from our room was the friendly and hospitable family and the amazing food! The dinner and breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka! The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this guesthouse!
Gorgeous spot - lovely, comfortable room (smelt sensational!). The staff were amazing, accommodating us with a very early breakfast so we could get the 7.20am train to Colombo. All meals (breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner) were delcious.
Most important is that this is a half pension/board place, including breakfast and dinner. Both are really tasty and way too much. So the price is more than excellent. The bed and room are big. The shower and water are warm but a bit low pressure.
We did a waterfall tour with Trinish. 7 hours through the jungle and tea hills. The daughter, wife and husband are a golden trio. Really welcoming.
