Nimal and his family were so warm, hospitable and welcoming throughout my stay. They will do anything for this guests and their food is just fantastic. It was also great to talk time and talk to them all.
The home is set in a peaceful village just outside Hikkaduwa. There is a stunning untouched fishing beach five minutes from the home, or a five minute drive to Hikkaduwa main area.
There is a lovely balcony on both sides of room with greenery all around.
The bedroom is spacious and very nice, with a good shower.
I would highly recommend this homestay to others and will pass on to friends and family at home.

The house looks really good from the outside. Our room was basic, but considering the price-quality it was good.
One really nice thing is that my girlfriend got scratched by a dog, and when contacting the hosts, they sent someone to help diagnose and clean the scratch!

Very beautiful place to stay, clean room and bathroom. The pool was also very clean.
The atmosphere is beautiful. Renting a scooter is a good idea, we met some angry dogs on the road nearby.
Something bad happened to us at the hotel but the manager was helpful and tried his best to solve it.

Shanika is very kind local women who is taking care and she is doing her best. The house is in peaceful area, very close to beach. Shanika cooked amazing dinners for us, we were very happy at this place.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Might be one of the best kitchen. Breakfast and dinner was much better then any chain expensive Hotels. It was not beach season though walking at beach was also amazing

Our stay at Brixia Cafe and Guest House in Galle was fantastic. The host was incredibly welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious and fresh dishes every morning. The guest house was cozy and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I could check in early. The room was very big and comfortable. I loved the big windows and I spend most of my time looking at the waves.
It was a rainy day and there is not much to do around. But even though it was very quiet they made me a lovely dinner and breakfast.
Darshi made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect - a very quick walk to Galle fort. The room was clean and comfortable (A/C available on request). The garden looking out onto the sea was a lovely place to have dinner/read in the morning. The dinner Darshi made was SO delicious - order the fish! Thanks for having us. We hope to be back soon.
