Our stay at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel in Colombo was fantastic. The property is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained grounds. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, and the pool provided a perfect place to unwind. Overall, an excellent experience!
The place is comfy for what the price is. The best of the experience was Sanju (the manager) who helped me a lot on how to get to the place, he had dinner waiting for me bc i was arriving late, and he even helped me on recommending me places to go in Sri Lanka and how to do it. Overall a great experience.
Clean and comfortable room with a lovely balcony view of the beach. Roof top infinity pool and garden a delight. Pleasant and helpful staff. Huge yummy buffet breakfast. Recommend the buffet dinner although not included in the price, Free City tour was a bonus
The property is stunning and very clean. The customer service was fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner at the property - both were great! The views from the room and swimming pool of the sea were incredible.
Great location in a quiet area of Colombo. Very welcoming staff and possibility to get dinner and nice breakfast at the location. Nice area to stay in the city to sleep in a quiet and calm environment.
Staff were friendly and there was a 24hour reception! The check-in process was smooth. The manager Sindujan was exceptional at making us feel welcomed and cared for - he was more than willing to share recommendations and was also communicative over whatsapp. The hotel was clean, although dated/ rustic. The room we got was really spacious and it was pretty quiet (it faced the inner courtyard) considering that the hotel was along a busy main street and near the railway station. It was really good value for money!
