Stunning views of the river, mountains, bridge and (if clouds allow) sunset. The bungalow has a dreamy rustic charm, and is set in lovely grounds. The breakfast is really great (though perhaps a bit limited for vegans). Staff are wonderful. Water pressure excellent; and sheets and pillows (on the gorgeous four-poster-with-mozzie-net bed) are luxurious. It's fantastic value for money. Fresh water every day comes in a glass bottle - not plastic.

Nam Ou View Villa is in a nice quiet area with great views over the river. The room met all my needs and the family running the hotel are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. I'd mention having breakfast at an outdoor table is just fantastic - a serene spot. In terms of getting places, there are quite a number of restaurants at this end of town, but for quite a few there will be a 10 minute walk. For me that is not a negative, especially nice to have a walk home after dinner.

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay here a lot. We even extended it. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. They gave us some useful advices for the region and organised our transport to the next destination. We enjoyed our breakfast with free bananas and coffee which was a big plus for us as well. The guest house is next to a small restaurant, SaRa where you get 10% discount. Would definitely recommend to go there because the food was soo delicious and cheap.

An amazing guesthouse with brand new rooms with river view. The rooms are super clean and the owners are very kind. They have a restaurant nextdoor where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing place to stay during my short time in Nong Khiaw. An idyllic setting on the river in a very comfortable rustic, authentic bungalow surrounded by lush vegetation. Peaceful and relaxing providing a very enjoyable visit. A big thank you to Kenny, Nick and all the team for being so welcoming, friendly and making my stay that extra special.

Beautiful rustic bungalow with breathtaking views of Nam Ou river and Nong Khiaw!!! Good mosquito net, although there were, weirdly enough, no moquitos in the room. The buffet breakfast was very good.

absolutely gorgeous view. lovely room. amazing reception and staff service. pool with reflection of mountain and sky!!! Delicious dinner. Puppy. Honestly, this place is quite remote so I didn't expect high end. Amazingly luxurious for the hotel's remote location. Not 100% perfect big city luxury but still, WOW!

The place is pretty near the main road and it’s overall okay for my standards for the price. The sheets and towels had some stains but they seemed washed. The place is quite rustic but it was not dirty.
