The staff was THE best part of this experience. The next best thing was the view from the room. We were provided with extra linens and towels upon request and maintained a constant line of communication with the staff during our stay. We were provided with free water and a discount on the travelers fee for Americans. The location was perfectly central to everything within the city. The shops in the base of the building have everything you might need from snacks, to coffee and even extra warming layers. We are very grateful for the kind hospitality of the staff and the great conversations we shared. If we visit Astana, we will definitely book this place again.

It's a fine bargain for the value provided at this price. Central location, clean room , clean towels and bed linen with windows and friendly staff. Shower worked well with hot water available 24/7. The pillow was however quite rough. The walls between the rooms are thin, but I didn't have issues with neighbours talking loudly at night.

Though english communication is challenging but all staff are very helpful and try to support us especially staff in restaurant. Dinner at hotel restaurant is fantastic and with extra charge.
Location was good for us, reception was helpful, the Queen Suite looked new as on photo. View to the inner yard, so no noise with opened window. Good price.
We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom .

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and neat. Also amazingly big. And I loved the carpet. So much fluff. Breakfast was ok and so was dinner.
The location is great. Breakfast was good. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. The pool was very nice, my son loved all three, the main pool the kiddy pool and the jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful.
We liked almost everything. Very friendly helpful staff. Airport transfer came on time both ways. Brilliant location. Clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was fine and dinner in restaurant was very good. We also used room service which was good.
