Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Overall experience was very nice.
From the very beginning at Check in process with friendly staff who bring us personally to the room, to the end after a good night. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
Free cofee and water included.
Sean and the staff were very friendly, they took very good care of us.
The cocktails were great, Pink ladies and Ouna Coladas.
Also order the Pad Thai for dinner it was amazing.
I’m not a gambler so it’s not really my scene.
Good for a stop over.
Got upgraded to a massive suite with balcony with view of sea
Lovely view of sunset
Visible presence from customer relations manager
Good food and drink .. good choice of food for dinner
Good breakfast
Beach and pool facilities
Room housekeeping staff very good
I had an amazing stay at Queenco with their wonderful amenities, great room and the best assistance. The personnel assigned to me (Mr Charly Tak) was the best, picked me up from the airport and brought me to the pier (free of charge), made sure I had everything I need, led the staff to throw in a little birthday surprised for me while I was having dinner at their amazing restaurant by the beach, and even coordinated for me to the airline when I realized I left something from the airport and to a transport service back to Phnom Penh.
Excellent guest house. Not fancy from the outside but the rooms were very nice, clean and had everything you need. VFelt very homely. The owner was so generous, kind and very helpful.
My friend was unwell during our stay and the owner kindly gave him medicine and extra water.
Lovely breakfast on our patio outside our room. Very relaxing.
Hidden treasure. Across from the beach.
The hotel itself is exceptional. Really beautiful. Great location and breakfast was ample.
What was exceptional was the staff. Charly (correct spelling) was a real hero and asset of the hotel.
I recommend to the Hotel not to loose this guy. He went out of his way to please in every way.
Oh, and the dinner was great too!
It was fine for a one night stay - staff were friendly, bed was comfy, good location next to the bus terminal, 10 minute tuktuk to the ferry pier which cost less than $2. They arranged dinner for me when I arrived for $5 extra.
Lovely Chen, the proprietor, greets you with a sunny smile. She is so helpful and the place is an oasis of tranquility in a noisy busy city. Lovely bar area with small pool to cool down in. I had a huge, light toom with a balcony. Good choice of breakfast and an order-in service for dinner which was great. Highly recommended.
Clean, quiet room and full selection at breakfast. Staff helpful in booking taxi to ferry and for onward travel to Phnom Penh after our island stay. Ate dinner in the skybar which was tasty and good value.
The location is still good, being next to the beach. The property has a lot of potential but requires lots of work and is also not an hotel but a inn or guesthouse in terms of service.
