The worst booking ever. I chose almost the most expensive hotel in Otaru and was expecting a superb family vacation experience for this. When I came the hotel, I was shocked with the location, view, very small room size and can hardly believe this express inn like hotel costed me 70,000 yen per night! It’s total an internet scam with some nice pictures! I tried to contact customer service in booking.com but no one replied me!

Absolutely wonderful. This is a gem of a place. We had the Mountain view room and it was amazing. The hotel staff were fantastic. The service was impeccable. We are humbled by the experience. The quality of the breakfast and the dinner was superb. We loved staying here and will stay again when we come back to Japan.

The beds are so comfy😍 There’s a restaurant (ran by the host) just on the first floor, which is a convenient option if you’re craving for a delicious dinner! The host would also offer recommendations for local restaurants and ice cream shops.

Beautiful guest house in a really convenient location in Otaru. The bathrooms are very nice and clean; the shared showers are very functional, water pressure is fantastic and enough space to store your things without getting wet. The bed was so comfortable and bedroom was a nice size - I was in a twin room, travelling with a friend. The shared living room has beautiful eclectic decorations but very comfortable and functional. Staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They really provide good dinning recommendation. The location is very convenient which is always 10-15 minutes to the pop places in Otaru.

Very nice location, the staff was very helpful. It was difficult to have dinner without a reservation, the hotel staff helped us to find a nice restaurant.

I love the public onsen and chill room with free icecream and milk. It made me feel so lively and exciting with late dinner (free ramen) offer. It’s outstanding from others hotel. Very nice location adjacent to station.
