Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We just stopped in Nagoya for a night and this hotel was very conveniently placed close to the station. The room is small (but we knew it) and very clean, they provided everything we needed . There is also a good corean restaurant right next to the lobby which was lucky because we were very tired and could have dinner basically in the hotel. Also the room was very good value for price.
I had a great time at Kuretake Inn.
The double bed was comfy and the room was clean and quiet.
Perfect for a short stay.
My reservation also included breakfast, which was great value for the price.
WiFi was good, did not have any problems.
What makes the hostel out stands others are its passionate host that really thinks from the traveller’s prospective, the beautiful common room that supports cooking and dinning.
We love the Legoland Hotel. The kids basically had their own room, plus they got their own bunk beds. My husband and I had the only King size bed here during our 2 weeks stay in Japan this was the one place that had a king size bed. It’s clean, across the pathway from Legoland. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday night. Hotel restaurants have only 3-4 options on the menu and more restaurants/ cafes were close on the nights we were there so dinner options were very limited. That was the only downside.
First and foremost, the owners were wonderful. They spoke good English, they wanted to know what I wanted to see and suggested places that I had not heard of. The facilities were perfect. This is one of the best guest houses I have stayed in. It's in a good location, close to a subway line.
The hotel is a short 5-7 minute walk from Nagoya Station. People may get it confused with the Via Inn Tsubaki-Cho hotel, so make sure you check the signs. This hotel has a Family Mart on the first floor, so it’s convenient for grabbing coffee and snacks during your stay. I like how you can put up “please make up the room” or “no room cleaning” signs. The staff leaves towels and trash bags in a white bag on your door when you don’t need your room cleaned. The staff is friendly and helpful.
As others have mentioned, Dormy Inn provides complimentary night supper. While thr location is not at Nagoya station, it is just 1 subway stop away and walking distance to Sakae area where there are local shopping and restaurants.
Super convenient location. Spacious room. Nice amenities especially the sleep advantage goodies. Had lunch at their top floor restaurant and dinner at their Kyoto restaurant. Very good food and services.
