My stay near Mount Fuji was fantastic! The room was spacious, spotless, and had a cozy, home-like feel. The bed and pillow were perfectly comfortable for me, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the parking space behind the property, which made it super convenient. The area was peaceful and quiet, with a few local restaurants nearby to explore. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

No frills, but we had everything we needed - a self service laundry room with low cost, comfortable room, complete array of loan items such as hangers and free onsite parking. One of few hotels which still made up the room everyday, with the option to not change bedsheets for sustainability. The optional breakfast is great at the cost (Y700 per person during our stay) with a simple buffet spread of mostly Japanese style breakfast items, sausages and so on. Onsite parking seems popular but we were always able to get a spot. Convenient location with a 24 hour chain restaurant across the road, and a decent supermarket plus drugstore that is open till late (10pm) so we could always buy what we needed.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Celebrated our anniversary here. The staff was very responsive and attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Great facilities including coffee and water station and onsen with free ice cream and amenities. Absolutely loved the buffet breakfast and in room dinner service with an amazing view! They even agreed to stow our luggage for free until the next day since we hiked Mount Fuji overnight. They even came to pick us up from the station for us to get our luggage. Very accessible to nearby park and lake.

Game room is a wonderful for us. A pool table , a table tennis, three darts, switch, free drink bar and comfy sofas.
The staff were really helpful with additional requests and information, the room was clean and well maintained, the onsen was absolutely beautiful and an amazing experience for both genders. Definitely opt for eating dinner at their restaurant because even if the choice is limited, the food is super delicious!
A heavenly experience in Kawaguchiko. We stayed only for one night but wished we had stayed more. The attention to detail in the hotel, the room layouts, the decor, the onsen spa, and the traditional dinner was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our host at dinner was polite, sophisticated and attentive, we adored the full experience and will happily return again one day for a longer experience around the lakes and town. Thank you.
Location is very convenient , walking distance to the Lake, dinner and breakfast are both satisfied. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very very traditional style. It is a good experience with a tatami style room and semi open bath with facing Mt Fuji mountain. We just parked the car in front of the hotel. Overall experience was 8/10.
Exceptional experience in glamping camp at Mount Fuji. We enjoyed the oppotunity to grill the prepared BBQ dinner and sit by the fireplace as night fell. It was magical to watch the sunrise over Fujisan from pur terrasse and dont miss the nearby waterfall and Torii gate. The staff was friendly and considerate and the small café served good coffeee with amazing latte art❤️
