Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Dinner was fantastic and everything delicious food the region is famous for. So much character in the restaurant and our waiter was lovely and looked after us all night. The traditional breakfast next morning was a delight. Thoroughly recommend getting out of Bologna for a night to visit.
I love Italy, this accommodation was very typical for this region, it met my expectations. Perfectly prepared dinner, breakfast directly from the kitchen according to my requirements. The room was small, but there was everything that was needed.

The breakfast was very good, taste wise one of the best we had during our 1 week stay in Italy. We are vegetarian and a good spread was planned for us. The table was set for us at the time requested.
We also had dinner at the facility, which was again awesome. Special vegetarian dishes were prepared for us.

Il Burchio is a lovely country hotel. Accommodations are simple yet immaculately clean. The hosts/staff could not have been more pleasant. They served a simple, yet good breakfast. We would have loved to have tried the restaurant for dinner. It looked very good with mostly locals dining there.
