I am coeliac and I was very grateful that they could accomodate my gluten free needs. Breakfast was basic (packaged bread, spreads and a sweet with coffee) but very appreciative that I could have something. The room was large and comfortable

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Breakfast was very good.
Restaurant was also good for dinner although rather expensive for drinks.
Staff were very helpful. They helped us out with a couple issues unrelated to the apartment and couldn't have been kinder.

Arianna was absolutely amazing the entire time. She was super communicative prior to our stay, answered every question, helped us find a shuttle to the cruise ship directly from her B&B. From the moment we arrived, she had water for us, immediately helped us with an itinerary of things we could do around town and then booked us dinner reservations. The next morning breakfast was fabulous and the room was perfect. I can’t think of anything that would help me to stay better. I highly recommend staying here.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with booking taxis and rides for dinner and getting to the cruise port. Breakfast was a very reasonable price, however, I didn't try it (my husband did and said it was fine). I found the hotel to be similar to other budget European hotels. There is a shopping center not too far away that has a few meal options.
The owners are great. The accommodation is completely renovated and a short distance from the center. Be sure to try their dinner. The hostess will prepare delicious local dishes for you. You can charge your electric car.
Spacious rooms and great location with easy access to a public parking lot. The host was wonderful. I had a serious fall at 10 o’clock at night and needed to get to the emergency room and he left a dinner with friends to drive us to the hospital. He’s response was so quick and much needed. I truly appreciated it.
The little casetta has been converted into a beautiful guest house full of lovely design elements and very nicely furnished. All details have clearly been thought of with the guests' comfort in mind. The two terraces are a real plus. Silvia is a very charming hostess. Her English is excellent. She provided very useful documentation on Ravenna, and was always available in person when we had questions. Her recommendations for cafés and restaurants proved to be excellent.
A spacious living room, a comfortable bedroom, a flowered terrace with atmospheric lighting for evening dinners, a fully equipped kitchen, city maps, information sheets and Ravenna guides. First aid kit and useful things (band-aids, umbrella, cosmetics, just in case you forgot something).
Clean. Very nice owners.
The Villa Gemma is a beautiful and calm location to stay. But the most overwhelming were the hosts! Simone and the whole family make you feel very welcome and at home.
If they offer a homemade dinner - do not hesitate to take it - it is a fresh, italian and creative - Simones wife (sorry was it Lena?) is a wonderful cook! And try also the wine of a friend of the family.
