The view was a 12 out of 10 (and I am a professional landscape photographer) Facilities and food = excellent. A short drive to Canazei (15-20 min). Extremely quiet...great. No tourists. The comment from the couple traveling with us: " you hit it out of the park"

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
This place has been the dark horse of our trip! We thought it would be nice, but it definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view over the lake. The staff and service was outstanding. We really enjoyed using the wellness centre particularly as the weather was poor. Definitely have dinner at the restaurant - it has been the best meal of our trip so far!
The great thing about this place is that you can enjoy your stay even in the rainy foggy days. So, when you cannot go hiking, you can have relaxing time in the wellness area, which is amazing here.
I would also like to highlight the super friendly, ready-to-help staff and amazing dinner! To sum up, I can really recommend Lüch da Grones:)

From beginning till the end. Beyond normal tourists expectations...
- we got from the owners free lockers at cable station, which was very usefull so that we did not have to carry equipment all the 100m to the apartment :)
- free local bus tickets received on check-in
- we got fres milk from the farm delivery and bakery in the mornings
- helpful hints from the owner professional regarding ski touring which we really enjoyed with my son

Very close to the Miara ski lift. Perfect location for skiing all the Plan de Corones, Kronplatz. Very good for families, as Miara and second ski lift are blue and red slopes. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of St Vigilio village. Amazing food. There was a seated dinner with service at the table, primi, secondi and desert. Very friendly staff. Play room for kids downstairs. Sauna and hot tube on the roof. Another 3 saunas and whirlpool inside.
Loved the "quirky" nature of the hotel. A cross between a museum and a hotel. I had carved birds outside my room. Breakfast was nice. I also ate dinner in the hotel. The pool on the roof was strange but I loved it.
Erika is an exceptional, small hotel. The images on Booking.com don't do it justice. The staff is super friendly, creating a family atmosphere. Dinner is great, and everything is cozy and nice. It's just 50 meters from the ski bus stop and generally close to the ski lift. We will return in the summer.
Everything was fine, despite the negative previous reviews.A very decent welcome, the location is amazing, breakfasts and dinners were sufficient and delicious!
