Great breakfast and dinner - dinner at 30 euro pp for 4 course menu incl water and wine very good deal. Love the vintage decorations and the open barn restaurant. The hills around faenza are very beautiful with vineyards, olive trees etc - sort of a mini tuscany but less touristy. Easy to go to ravenna etc

such a lovely place to stay, in a beautiful location. it’s very quite, has a pool and space to relax and nice outdoor seating area. we stayed for dinner and it was the best dinner we had in Italy, all homemade, so tasty and so reasonable. The hosts are so nice and so helpful and will help you with anything. we did not want to leave, loved it there so much.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The offered us a dinner for a very reasonable price. The food was excellent and they are very understanding to the fact that we do not eat pork and adjusted the menu for us. The hotel was very quaint and lovely. The location was very hilly and beautiful. Reminds us of a Tuscany hill

Too expensive for what it is. Doesn’t live up to its 4 stars. No bathrobe, got a room looking over the technical inner courtyard when the hotel was empty. Only good point The staff was extremely kind and welcoming.

The host was always very attentive, breakfast was very good, and we also had two excellent dinners at a more than reasonable price. The furniture, furnishings, artwork and little attentions to detail, throughout the villa, were very stylish and appreciated. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Just as pictured, the room is a very spacious ground floor room with attached bathroom. It is on a quiet side street close to the ceramics museum so despite being on the ground floor there is hardly any noise. The hosts were very sweet and welcoming and gave me good advice on where to eat. I tried two recommendations (Osteria La Baita for dinner and Nove100 for breakfast) and both were excellent. I would happily stay again.
