The host was very accommodating and kind. Good communication and met us on time. We actually arrived a little early and had lunch on the patio leisure area while we waited for check in time. It was comfortable and nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was modern, the mini fridge was stocked with free refreshments such as soda, water and beer. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was good. Lots of pastry choices, tarts, bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, granola, etc. I would stay again! Also a great view of the Alps.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff was really nice and cool. Let us check in a bit early. Nice and clean. Location is great near the lake and all the shopping. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was fantastic!

The hotel was well presented, and very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a good selection at breakfast and a lovely area overlooking the lake for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Location was very good. We could walk to the square and get a wonderful dinner. The breakfast was well laid out and nice to sit on the front balcony overlooking the street.
The property was across the street from the lake, an easy walk to the the town center and a block from the bus stop. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner was excellent. Out granddaughter enjoyed the pool. The staff was welcoming and ever so helpful they are able to book tours and offer helpful advice.
The dinning experience was excellent, Breakfast offered plenty of choice both hot and cold food and the Evening Dinner where the waiters translated the Italian menu were very good authentic and tasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel and fabulous breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to town and marina for boat trips.
