can't add anything to the good things that have already been said except only 20 minute train journey to Bologna if you want to go there
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The apartment is spacious and perfect for families and groups of friends. It has two bedrooms and a very small balcony. It is quiet because all the windows face the inner courtyard. The apartment is about a 3-minute walk from the bus stop, making it easy to reach the city center, but it is also a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city center on foot.
A large grocery store is about a 5-minute walk away.
The owner is very kind, helpful, and provided us with very precise instructions.
I would gladly book this accommodation again anytime.
Room was good size for 4 people with 4 proper beds, bathrobes and slippers. Bathroom was great. Breakfast had a good selection and it was really beautiful setting for breakfast and dinner next to pool. Pool bar was great.
We really enjoyed the location in the city centre.
The host was absolutely wonderful with lots of very helpful tips for excellent dinner, ice cream and sightseeing. We will definitely book again.
The location , the fact that you could park easily and the restaurant where I had a very lovely dinner and breakfast with very nice staff were the only plus .

We stayed for 3 nights with our family, we liked breakfast and lunch, didn’t have chance to eat dinner. Good pool and facilities at pool area. Free entrance to pool and lunch for 30 euro pr person with 2 dishes and wine and coffee.
The breakfast was good. The breakfast room itself was very small and rather crowded, but there was a lovely inner courtyard where we had breakfast. The location of the hotel was good, near the railway station but still rather quiet and peaceful area. There was also a nice restaurant nearby.
Clean and comfy room (rooms facing the inner courtyard are very quiet). Good breakfast. Bologna Central station and city centre within short walking distance.
Great location near central train station. I appreciate the great cleanliness of the accomodation. Innkeeper was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommanded.
