Our party of 8 occupied three of the houses. Each one was spotless; kitchens sufficiently stocked for our in home dinners; bathrooms good. The two bedroomed house was particularly roomy. Palmina and her husband we're the perfect hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much.
An execptionaly wonderful experience, the hosts are the kindest and most friendly people we've met. Their estate is a rare jem, it is in the historical part of Castiglione and contains a mixture of antiques and unique furniture.
Daniella makes delicious home made liquers and jams and also gave us a cooking lesson and dinner which was an experience we won't forget.
Giussepe took us on a horseback riding trip from their farm in the surrounding fields to the town and explained us a lot about the history of the place and about Puglia.
The inner cortyard is beautiful with blooming flowers, trees and addorable pets :) The hosts are lovely people who realy gave their all to make us feel welcome and share with us how they live. If you are looking for a local and genuine experience of Puglia, I would definately recomend.
