Amazing resort hotel for a family vacation. Everything at place is great, quality of room is superb we got almost newly refurb rooms with modern amenities and a private small garden as well. Pool area, walkways, cycling, indoor game area all are very good. Quality of breakfast and variety was very good and dinner at Salsa restaurant was also very nice. Biggest asset this property has is good staff who were friendly, helpful and prompt in services. I am definitely visiting again and happy to recommend this place as great choice for family stay
We had one complimentary dinner and as expected, had many options for a lousy diner. Breakfasts were fabulous and one of the best experiences we had, especially in India. We moved out from another property to Hyatt & was truly happy that we made a right decision.
The food was really nice. Including breakfast and dinner. Both were good. We ordered 2 times and both times it was nice. The prices were also cheap according to the taste.
There was one incident where I was served 1 roti which was cooked way prior than it was served. Other than that the food experience was pretty nice.
The location of the property is amazing. It's a lake view property with breathtaking views. The rooms are very well kept. The sitting arrangement outside with a swing is the icing on the cake. The staff is courteous and helpful. The dinner was yummy. Loved the whole experience and the stay.
Fabulous facility. This facility is situated in the silent area of Baner. The apartments are specious and premium. The facilities are up to the mark and the staff is helpful. I tried their dinner thali which was freshly prepared and delicious. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this place to other guests.
