The strategic location of the hotel and room had a marvelous experience of the sea view. Round the clock service to visit the private beach of the hotel is highly appreciated. Breakfast and dinner buffet had a very elaborate menu along with the live kitchen/starter service points. My family of four felt every moment enjoyable!! So, great job by Taj Horizon team.

I like the swimming pool, breakfast, high tea and the best part was the usage of Taj Horizon's restaurants for breakfast and Dinner both. Dinner at Grand Sala was also fantastic. High Tea at Cafe Azul was also very good. The club at the hotel was awesome.

We had an homely stay all together with my family, the atmosphere and location was very nice to have ample of options to relax and chill in the neighbouring streets with lip smacking restaurants. As the house is taken care by a very passionate host who ensures that the guests have the right information. The cats did make my stay even more wonderful, I will miss the time spent at Afonso's Guest house. The hosts are very understanding, friendly, honest and approachable.

It's a beautiful traditional Goan house converted into a guest house. It perfectly feels like a home away from home .The decor has a old world charm and very creative .Great selection of books to read .The terrace garden is superb ! The rooms are very comfortable, but you need to carry all your toiletry! The location is great with amazing cafes and restaurants all around. Jeanette is a wonderful host and guides you to great destinations. This place is for off beat travelers who really want to feel the essence of living the Goan life !!

The food spread was amazing for the entire day. We missed some local cuisine, i.e., authentic goan food. Though it was available at one or two days during dinner. Staff are extremely helpful and supportive, i could see over 100% commitment, and they showed eagerness to address all the issues being faced by visitors.
