I HAVE BEEN TO THIS PROPERTY BEFORE ALSO TWO TO THREE TIMES . SINCE I WAS SATISFIED IN ALL RESPECTS , I ONCE AGAIN CHOSE THIS PROPERTY ONLY FOR MY STAY IN PALANI. IT IS CLOSE TO TEMPLE AND BREAKFAST , LUNCH AND DINNER ALL ARE GOOD.
This hotel located in a comfortable location. This hotel is near to wrench train which is helpful for my parents to reach temple. Staffs are very well mannered and flexible. Ganesh Inn is recommanded by my cousin and I will surely recommend to everyone.
1. Rooms are spacious, clean and well lit.
2. The reception staff were very friendly and was always ready to help.
3. The hotel and it's inner surroundings were really well maintained.
4. The inner restaurant was very well maintained and had good options for dinner and complimentary breakfast.
Our stay at the hotel was so good and peaceful. The location of the hotel is very near to rope car station and winch station. Even shops are situated at walking distances. Staffs were polite and so friendly. Mr. Ganesh working at the restaurant surprised us with mock chicken dish for dinner and i also appreciate the chef who made it. It's splendid. And the receptionist who received us in 18/07/2022, is so helpful.
Good stay.its close to temple🙂complementary breakfast was good (few options). They provided morning tea as per requirement.we delivered food from nearest hotel for dinner.Recomended for temple visit stay.Staffs were really good.
The hotel room was clean ,we got hot water .they don't have restaurant but as per our requirement they arranged food for us . And that was a very nice dinner and felt like homely . Thanks to that staff who made food for us . Front office staff Mr.Bhoopati was very helping he arranged most of the things we asked . That was a nice stay . Thank you
First of all property' not follow the booking .com. thier treat and check inn as walking as we had booking and got confirmed. And they taken the room charges as they like. Not following the booking. Com details at all.
