It was more then just a hostel. It was a community. Truly, you come in not knowing anyone and instantly feel apart of a greater community. The location is perfect. Away from the busyness but close enough to everything you need. One unique thing about this place is the group dinners. It truly brings everyone together.

-->We saw a bonfire in the dining area during the dinner time, which is nice. We tried some food which was tasty. The community manager there seems as a friendly person (But bit pushy for arranging paid tours).
Location was nice as expected. But breakfast dinner lunch price should give more reasonable. Something's should be offline too. As everything was online some people may don't know how to work with offline
This little guest house is being managed by a Tibetan lady. Rooms are very well equipped and spotless clean. From rooms in the upper floors, there is a nice view of the snow-peaked mountains.
Staff is super friendly and helpful and fulfilled any wish we had. Also, food is very good and we ate at the guesthouse every evening (in addition to breakfast).
None of our questions regarding Tibetan history and culture remained unanswered. We really felt at home and were sad to leave.
