ITC is equivalent to great hospitality & sonar was no exception. Stayed for a night for my parents 50th and they made sure everything was upto the mark! Shout out to puja, Debangan, chef Subhankar for making our stay memorable. Pintu of avartana at royal bengal made sure we had a great time at dinner.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful, very polite receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money
No kitchen or restaurant is not available in the hotel. It's basically a guest house. Location wise good but there is sign board as Royal palace, the same hotel as exotic inn. No receipt given to customer of final payment. Extra charged from customer.
